Arrival of participants at bus station in Aubenas

Dinner at hotel for teachers

Thursday 10^th

9:00 Guests welcome at school and coffee break

10:00 School visit

11:30 Reading session/ final report for teachers

13:00 Lunch at school

14:30 – 16:30 Reading session / final report

18:00 Reception at Town Hall

20:00 Dinner at restaurant Chez Mireille for teachers

Friday 11^th

8:30 Plenary session and vote

10:00 Coffee break

11:00 Illustrations of the short stories / analysis of votes and final report for teachers

13:00 Lunch at school

14:30 Illustrations of the short-stories/ final report

16:30 Free time in Aubenas or visit of the town

19:30 Party at Vintage Café for students and teachers: Dances and performances by different groups, Tex-Mex dinner and DJ party.

Saturday 12^th

8:00 Trip to the Roman City of Nîmes : guided cultural visits and free time (shopping)

13:00 Picnic

19:30 Back to Aubenas and dinner at Restaurant Le Palace for teachers

Sunday 13^th

9:00 visit of the Cave of Orgnac

13:00 Picnic

15:00 Back to Aubenas

19:00 Farewell party at Aubenas: award ceremony, buffet, traditional French dances with traditional live music, DJ party (end around midnight).
